Returns & Exchanges

At ORTC Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new garments aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
